Spoonbill 7.0.0

Spoonbill 7.0.0 was released on 18 October 2026. It makes state-update intent explicit:

• StateUpdate.NoUpdate() skips the state transition and render.

• StateUpdate.Modify(reduce) requests a transition and render, including when the reducer is identity.

• Ordinary action results use UiOutcome.noUpdate or UiOutcome.modify; form rejection callbacks now return StateUpdate[S].

This is a source and binary compatibility break. Update every Spoonbill module together and recompile the application.
